As a branch manager you determine how much your office staff will be paid while loan officers are compensated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations put forth in Dodd-Frank. Computerized commission calculations make sure your payroll is timely, accurate, and compliant. Payroll is distributed twice monthly via direct deposit.
Inlanta Mortgage utilizes AMB mortgage accounting software which enables branch managers to review all invoices paid and debits and credits to the branch – which are broken out on a loan-by-loan basis. AMB mortgage accounting software also allows branch managers to view profit and loss statements and general ledger reports.
