About Me

Jean Badciong, Chief Compliance Officer, entered the mortgage industry in 1990 at a state bank in Waukesha County, WI. She worked in all areas of the origination, servicing, quality control and assisted with compliance.

In 2004, Jean joined the Inlanta Mortgage team, where she was responsible for managing the Compliance and Quality Control Departments. Jean established the Central Processing and Underwriting Departments to support the efforts of Inlanta Mortgage originators. In September 2005, Jean began work with secondary and operations, growing support for the transition from 43% to almost 100% of all loans closed and funded by Inlanta. Together with a great team, under direction of Jean, Inlanta has obtained their Direct Endorsement and Automatic Authority approvals with FHA and VA and most recently obtaining agency approval with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Jean is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing compliance, ensuring that Inlanta Mortgage and its employees are complying with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. She is a participant on the MBA Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Committee.
