About MeHelen Brown is a human resources professional with a decade of human resources experience and nearly 15 years of banking and finance experience. A native of Australia, Helen began her career as a financial analyst for an Australian bank, where she worked her way up to senior management positions. She then moved on to become a retail sales manager for another bank before moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2007. After moving to the United States, Helen served as a loan originator and branch manager for a mortgage finance company before being recruited by Ensync, Inc. for their Human Resources Manager position in 2008. In August 2017, Helen joined Inlanta as the Director of Human Resources. She and her team strive to be the model for excellence and leadership not only in their department, but throughout the company as a whole. Helen’s priority is to create, encourage, and maintain an environment that supports, develops, and sustains the wellbeing of Inlanta’s employees, as well as provide the highest level of customer service.
Helen is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), as well as a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRP). She is also currently working towards obtaining her Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management. In her spare time, Helen serves on the board of directors and is a volunteer for multiple animal rescue groups, both domestic and international.
