About Me

Kimberly Tork is a highly skilled mortgage professional who has experienced all aspects of residential mortgage origination, from application to loan sale. Kimberly entered the mortgage industry in 1999 as an originator. She moved into mortgage processing for over 8 years working with both a partner branch lender and a correspondent mortgage banker. In October 2008, Kimberly joined the Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. team as a Closer in the Funding Department and was promoted to Manager of Central Processing in May 2009.

As Manager of the Central Processing Department, Kimberly’s main focus was to uphold a high standard of mortgage processing through effective communication, problem solving, and efficient workflow to all branches. Through the years, she also developed the Disclosure Desk position, became the Renovation Lending Specialist, and assisted new branches with onboarding and training.

In 2015, alongside the industry sweeping regulatory change known as TRID, Kimberly had the opportunity to join the Compliance Department as the Implementation Specialist. Kimberly coordinates with all production departments for training and compliance systems integration. She also partners with the Compliance Manager to enhance Inlanta’s compliance management system to minimize company risk.
