Inlanta Mortgage’s annual sales conferences include educational sessions provided by Inlanta’s administrative team, nationally recognized speakers and presentations by partner organizations.
This year’s conference included an in-depth discussion on loan officer compensation, an Inlanta top loan producer panel, as well as break out sessions that covered Inlanta’s tools of marketing, underwriting updates, time-saving technology tips and the keys to successful processing. Attendees were also treated to a special session from our Overland Park, Kansas team that focused on using a loan officer assistant to build your business.
Keynote Presenter – XINNIX Sales & Leadership Trainer
This year’s keynote speaker was Sales & Leadership Trainer Casey Cunningham from XINNIX, The Mortgage Academy of Excellence. Cunningham’s presentation energized the crowd, tackling production issues specific to a purchase driven mortgage market and how important it is to build prospecting into our schedules. Cunningham continually counsels our originators and managers.
Annual Sales Conference Locations
Our annual meetings have been held at locations such as the Harley Davidson Museum, Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells, Potawatomi Casino and most recently, the Milwaukee Public Museum. Our dinner event was held in the Streets of Old Milwaukee, an exhibit that re-creates the essence of urban life in Milwaukee around the turn-of-the-century – roughly the 1880s to just prior to World War I.
