The Accounting Department will manage your branch payroll, bookkeeping and accounts payable. Utilizing AMB mortgage accounting software, the accounting department provides branch managers with up-to-the-minute financial reporting. Branch managers have the ability to view all invoices paid and debits and credits to their branch – which are broken out on a loan-by-loan basis.
Business expenses can be reimbursed through an expense report. Partner Branch Managers have the authority to determine what business expenses their staff would be reimbursed for.

Accounting services include:

Accounts Payable
Our experienced accounts payable personnel are responsible for proper payment processing and maintaining necessary records including expenses on a loan-by-loan basis.
Accounts Receivable
Our accounts receivable personnel manage application fee payments from borrowers via check or credit cards.
Financial Reporting
Utilizing AMB, the accounting department can provide up-to-the-minute financial reporting for branch managers. They have the ability to view all invoices paid and debits and credits to their branch – which are broken out on a loan-by-loan basis. Managers can view various reports including Profit & Loss Statements & General Ledger Reports.
